BOCA RATON, Fla., April 3, 2018 — Red Hawk Fire & Security LLC, a leader in fire, life safety and security services has been named a finalist in the Marketing Sales and Newsletter categories for the 23rd annual SAMMY Awards presented by Security Sales & Integration (SSI) magazine during ISC West in Las Vegas, NV on April 10, 2018.
The SAMMY Awards is the industry’s only program of its kind to recognize and honor security dealers and systems integrators for their marketing, business, installation and overall excellence. This year, SSI received more than 130 entries from installing and monitoring security systems contractors from throughout North America.
Red Hawk was named a SAMMY Award finalist in the Newsletter or Content Marketing category for its quarterly employee newsletter, News Hawk. The company was also named a finalist in the best Sales Brochure category for its Contract Sales Life Safety Inspection Handbook/National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Requirements.

While Red Hawk strives to be paperless, members of the team have expressed an interest in receiving printed copies of the newsletter to save and share with family. News Hawk is distributed electronically and posted to the company’s internal website. A limited number of printed copies are also sent to Red Hawk’s 46 district offices across the country.
