Mike McWilliams, President and CEO
Mike is a 20-year veteran of the Fire and Life Safety industry. Prior to being designated President and CEO, Mike had a proven record serving Red Hawk as Vice-President Operations and as Regional VP Northeast Region. He has a strong background in leading strategic change in sales, customer service, technical-delivery and operations initiatives for Fortune 100 companies within the industry.
Mark Foley, CFO
Mark has more than 20 years of domestic and international finance experience. After a successful career in Public Accounting at Ernst & Young, Mark joined Tyco International, where he specialized in forecasting, strategic planning and acquisition finance and progressed to Senior VP and Corporate Controller. Most recently, Mark was CFO at Carter Brothers, where he helped lead the successful efforts of their well-known fire systems, service and contracting business to become one of the leaders in the industry.
Pasquale (Pat) D’Orsi, VP General Counsel and CAO
Pat comes to Red Hawk with a wealth of industry experience and a solid background in corporate law. Most recently, he was General Counsel of Tyco Flow Control, a $4 billion global manufacturer and services organization. Prior to that Pat was General Counsel for SimplexGrinnell, a $2 billion fire preventive services organization. In addition to Pat’s fire and security industry experience, he has held positions as litigation attorney and Assistant DA in Brooklyn, NY.
Robert Berkery, Vice President West Region
Bob brings to Red Hawk, 30 years of experience in the Fire and Life Safety Industry. He has a proven track record in sales, sales management, and operations as Business Owner, General Manager, and most recently as Regional Manager of Red Hawk CA, AZ, and WA State District Offices. His industry experience includes leadership positions at ADT Security Services, SimplexGrinnell, and Johnson Controls. Bob is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in organizational leadership.
Kwame Williams, Senior Director of Operations
Kwame is another industry veteran on the Red Hawk Leadership team. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA and has a strong background in project engineering, project management and interfacing with the field organization. He has worked to develop best practices related to the Systems Integration process and was instrumental in creating the Finance Business Center (FBC) which standardized and centralized bookings, billings and agreement renewals. His team is responsible for ensuring that the field performs at their highest level because delivering and serving customers is our number one priority.
